6/29 ITS NCC演講通知

   由元智大學、國立政治大學、世新大學與台灣通訊學會共同主辦，國家通訊傳播委員會協辦之兩場演講，將於105年6月29日下午13:30-17:00於NCC交通通訊大樓2003會議室舉行。此次，邀請JPS Public Policy Consulting公司創辦人、歐盟前瞻性技術研究中心(the Institute for Prospective Technological Studies)資深研究員Dr. Simon Jean Paul講述「OTTs--Hot debates/ complex issues: The EU standpoint」。同時，亦請到AT&T研究部門主任Ms. Ann Skudlark分享「Trending now... hot topics in the U.S. Telecom industry」。

    Dr. Simon Jean Paul為JPS Public Policy Consulting公司創辦人，擅長擘劃電信媒體之法規與政策諮詢分析，他同時也是歐盟前瞻性技術研究中心(the Institute for Prospective Technological Studies)資深研究員。Dr. Paul畢業於巴黎HEC商學院（the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales），1971年修畢計量經濟學碩士學位後，1975年取得該校哲學博士學位。長期活躍於美國及歐亞等地的電信與媒體研討會。

    Ms. Ann Skudlark於AT&T服務超過30年，提出10項專利申請，其中一項更獲得美國專利商標局（States Patent and Trademark Office）認可。Ms. Skudlark專長領域為匯流與通訊服務（convergence and bundling of new telecom services）、惡意軟體侵害偵測（detection of malware vulnerability）、身分盜用與網路詐欺防治（identity theft and fraud and SMS spam in large cellular networks）、數位媒體與隱私議題（privacy issues in digital media）等。
